As a coach, I specialize in empowering leaders, high performers, and executives to excel in dynamic and complex environments. With over two decades in technology roles—ranging from developer to consulting director—I’ve worked with startups and major financial institutions globally. After leaving Oracle in 2013, I transitioned to coaching, focusing on agile leadership and executive coaching. Now based in the Netherlands, I work with a diverse clientele from various sectors, including banking, finance, government, and more.
